The infamous Tracy Bernardo also known as TB by his victims is now operating a web design website www.sacramentowebdesigngroup.com. Run as fast as you can if you ever come into contact with this snake oil salesman. If you research him, he's not in the business to help or offer services to anyone, he’s in the business to take advantage of people and take their money at any cost, do not believe anything he tells you, he’s a pathological liar, he’ll tell you everything you want to hear to gain your trust to hand over your money, once he has it, that’s when the snake reveals it’s ugly head.
It's absolutely appalling that this man is still able to run businesses after the scams he has pulled off, but thanks to Ripoff we’re able to expose this sick man before he leaves another victim feeling helpless. Karma will hopefully catch up to him one day.
