However when the items are then brought to him for consignment - you no longer hear from him after he gets your stuff. When you call him, he will say it did not sell yet then when you go there in person and see your items have been sold - he then says - I am waiting on some payments and will send you your money next week.
Next week becomes months til you get a few dollars but never on the amount that is to be paid to you according to the price he sold items at which ends up being in the hundreds more than he paid you. Its always one excuse after the other with him.
He probably has never been honest in his life. The one comment about him saying that he did good work in his remodeling business was probably written by himself or his only friend if he has any. He is a con-artist and not to be trusted at all.
There are not words to describe this despicable person who makes a living out of stealing from people.

I probably wasted my money pursuing him. However, on the off chance that this sucker makes some type of transfer, he'll have to satisfy my lien before he winds his watch. If you'd like, I'd like to contact you so that we could take our cases to the District Attorney and see if HE can get Gene Morang to honor his agreements or find some other locale to ply his stolen wares. If there are two of us here, there's more of us out there. I'd LOVE to see this guy get investigated for fraud and theft by conversion, as that is exactly what is going on here. Sorry you got burned like I did by this guy.
