I have been working with Traffic Excess since around late 2010 and had some issues, but still had somewhat of a business partnership. Recently, however, we had paid for advertising services guaranteeing us clients (in laymans terms) for payday loan services. I was allowed to request a refund, per the contract, 30+ days after the order assuming that they fail to deliver the services within that period. They delivered a much lower volume than they promised, but it was still tolerable. Over time, they had gradually stopped delivering and had then cut off communication. They had evaded the BBB by returning mail from their address. When I told my business partner and we agreed to file a chargeback, my name was blacklisted on FraudCenter.nets database. I am hoping for a response from Traffic Excess. I am willing to settle on a partial refund of only $1000 so that I can proceed with my next business venture. I ask for correspondence from Traffic Excess. I will also file positive information on this report if I can obtain a refund.
