When I signed up for Traffic gyser they got their $97 payment immediately. AFter 3 days I realized, my files are too big for their system and used the internal ticketing system to ask for a refund and to be released from the system.
I got no response from their help desk, so I called my credit card company who said they already have the $97, we can stop future payments and have to get them to refund the money.
After Traffic Gyser could no longer bill me again ( 30 days later) they are fighting the refund and continute to try and bill my card.
Its a virtual system, they have not sent any product or DVD's or spend any time consulting with me. I just want to get off the system and get a refund for something I never used.
but they are actually fighting this. Too bad, it shows how desperate they really are. This was in February- its MAY- Give me my money back!
