The sales staff was excellent. That's the only good thing I can say. Two days after I spent over $5000 on an enclosed trailer it started leaking and the paint was coming off the tongue and backs of the trailer. I called the dealership and told them. We set up an appointment to have it looked at they looked and said the fender boxed didn't get sealed at the factory and I would have to bring it back in a few days when they had the stuff to seal it. I brought it back and they had it all day, put black silicone all over the underside and by the time I got home it was leaking again. I called back and was told I would have to speak to a warranty coordinator. I got a call a few days later and was told I would need to have my trailer shipped to southern Idaho for repairs. I explained I bought this for work and would need a loaner. This was out of the question. They would not cover anything. They wanted me to be out of business for a week. [continued below]....
..... I tried to arrange a rental and could not afford one.

I continued to use it for several weeks when a bearing went out. I called to arrange to get it fixed and was told it would have to be sent to southern Idaho for a be aring or I would have to do it myself . I reluctantly agreed to fix it myself . Get it fixed a few weeks later one of the leaf springs breaks. Same story no parts instock has to be shipped to southern Idaho! After hours of arguing I am able to get them to overnight the parts to the dealership. 4 Days later no call. So I call and was told it jst got there. Problem is they left the invoice in the box that showed they signed for it two days earlier and simply couldn't be bothered to call me . Once again I install another warranty part myself on my still leaking and still rusting trailer. A few months go by without any new problems.

Then I'm driving along on the freeway at 70mph and a guy pulls along side me and flags me over. I pull over and get out and can instantly smell burning rubber. One of the bearings had seized up , destroyed the hub and my tire. I liked off the freeway and pulled into a parking lot. I jacked up Tue axle and the wheel, hub assembly and brake drum just fell off. If I had not been flagged down this would have flown off on the freeway and killed someone. One again I get the same run arround and indifference to my issues. After hours of fighing with the warranty people they finally agreed to pull one off of another trailer. I was once again forced to do the repairs myself in a hotel parking lot. They did ship another one up so I could have two new ones. I intalled the other one myself as well. By this time my triler has leaked so much the floor is getting soft in less than six months of use. In November I was able to use a friends trailer and have mine shipped to southern Idaho for repairs. I was told in advance the the floor would be replaced and the leaking issue solved as well as the paint refine on the exterior.

 A few days go by and I get a call from trailers plus. They tell me its the roof leaking and running down the interior walls and coming out the floor. I have my doubts and voice them but they assure me that this is the cause. A few more days later I drive over to pick up my trailer. I open it up and see that they had painted the floor. No big deal right? Look everything else over and it looks good. I'm happy, thinking a years worth of headaches and frustration has finally come to an end. WRONG ! Two weeks of dry weather go by and then the rain and snow hit. Guess what? The floor is leaking worse than it was before! Not only that but all of the paint they redistribute is coming off. All they did is scuff up the rust and rattle can it. No primer, nothing.

 Back to the phones. They say they'll look into it and get back with me. They call back and want me to ship the trailer back to southern Idaho for repairs claiming they now know what is wrong. It's the fender boxes? The ones they couldn't fix ten months prior. They also say they are going to replace the floor. The floor that was supposed to have been replaced when it was shipped down the first time. All they had done was paint it to make it look like that had done something. This is where I'm at today. Still refusing to cover a rental or get a loaner. What a waste of time and money. I have never been tragedy so poorly or purchased a bigger pile of garbage in my life.

Just got a call from Todd the warranty coordinator and Mark the dealer manager. I was told that they had been willing to contribute half of my rental, $250 untill they saw that I had posted on this webside. I am now being punished for warning other consumers about their sub par product and shoddy business practices. Buyer beware! What a bunch of crooks. Oh and to be fair, he did bring to my attention the one thing that was fixed correctly and would like to give credit were credit is due. The rear pillars and header were replaced and have no issues.
