I have tried calling the store and individual and never receive returned phone calls. Upon investigating this company I found the they were selling my unpaid merchandise on their website.
I've contacted the BBB and they tried to help, but this person keeps saying it was an employee that used their ebay account to make purchase. However the delivery confirmation from the post office shows that Anita Bolsoni the owner signed for my merchandise at delivery. Also, if an employee why is my merchandise being sold on her store website? The BBB says can no longer do anymore for me and will file unsatisfactory on their end.

If that were true then why are they selling the stolen merchandise ON THEIR OWN website???
Be sure to check with the BBB of Illinois before doing any business with this company or person. This company has numerous Criminal Complaints filed against them and all of this will be catching up with them soon. Don't let yourself be the next victim.

But this is not TranquilityAlley's fault or A. Bolsoni's fault. This report should be deleted in full as we have the reports of the fraud. Thank you an we hope you never have to experience what we have. It's the most invasive feeling to have your identity stolen and compromised.
