A lady named Jody contacted me by telephone and offered to sell a timeshare in Cancun Mexico. Beware of everything they say because it is one LIE right after another they act like they have been in business for years and in reality they started business in September of this year. They come down to $800 from $2000 and said they were members of the online BBB Better Business Bureau but in reality they are not a member of the BBB of southeastern Florida and there is no such thing as the online BBB. Jody lied and lied and then I contacted the Florida Attorney General's consumer business complaint line which is also called Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services and they have 4 complaints of FRAUD in 3 months of conducting business and are on Fraud watch list with the Attorney General investigating them to shut them down and sue on behalf of the State of Florida. I was asked for my credit card number so they could flash it but not charge it. They charged it then I faxed them, e-mailed them and spoke with them on the phone and told them I was not interested in them selling anything for me and they said it be refunded immediately even sent me e-mail notification stating that it had been refunded but could take up to 48 hours to show up. All was a Lie from Winnie at Trans-American by e-mail and written. They are all liars, They just kept on stating for days that it had not shown up but had been credited back to my credit card so I asked for them to provide proof that they had credited the $800 back to my credit card. They e-mailed me stating that their credit card processing company would e-mail me proff by the end of that business day. Never got so much as a phone call. I called the Ft. Lauderdale Police and filed a Police Report and Citi-Bank is hot on their trail because I filed Fraud and disputed the charges too. They have nothing that I signed and for them to charge my card and I am sure the lawsuits are going to flood in! BEWARE FRAUD

I did finally get a refund from Trans-American Services Corp. after calling constantly for a week numerous times plus e-mailing them and faxing. I spent a lot of time and they said it had been refunded over and over but it really had not been for over a week. They did refund my credit card a week and half later so I will give them credit for that and then they said they were just busy in the office and had not got around to it. I called the phone number listed on their web site and it said a recording that it had been blocked or something which really alarmed me!

You still what us to believe that this is a company . These people called the police they are willing to go all the way ! You and the Chairmen of the board Mr. C , what Board ??? Two people are listed on the corporation papers so there is no board . You are not a true advertising company . Remember you started all this . My Parents were here on vacation to visit us and have a good time you called us on their cell phone and lie to us . I can respect anyone that say's the truth . No matter what , you said your company has been open for years but it has not , don't believe me go to sunbiz.org
its all there put the name of the company you are looking for and it will take you to the page where you can see the real paper work and date's the company was started and license to open for business ...... Mr C started all this do the wright thing and end it .... Stop lieing

You stated before that it could be a company that was writing these to bad mouth trans american services corp . I really don't think so you say that you checked your records and there was no one with that name.
well how about me . have you looked for my name, if you do you will find it ! the owner of your company name mr c is a joke . The DuPont Registry is for high end real estate not for timeshares . You tried to sign up my parents you asked for 2995.00 when they said they did not have it you told them that they could put it on a credit card that is when i got on the phone to talk to you i spoke and told you will call you back you insisted that you can get there property rented that this is the best time to do it . Does this ring a bell mendez family we need the property for our inventory are you senour citizens I can give you a discount ... well the first three numbers are 757 find it . My wife and i have discussed if we should go to your office ... so we googled it.
We are temted to go there and let them know what you and your company are up too....
