TransFirst TransFirst, LLC Fraudulent, illegal company Aurora Colorado

I started service with TransFirst at the end of last year (october) and immediately requested cancellation of my service do to the ridiculous amounts of fees and the poor service I was provided with. I contact Transfirst in November to cancel during what they called my "trial period". I took weeks to get any information from them but when I finally was able to get in touch with Nancy Borkowski, she failed to get back to me when I needed her to in which I then spoke to Angir, employee # 99074 whom told me to fax my concerns in which I ddi, yet still receiving bills and no communication. Thomas Kindvall then became my point of contact along with Nancy and after a ton of back and forth I was provided with confirmation of closure on my account via email on January 7th, 2 months after my initial request. I was told I would be refudned for a breach security coverage fee and that was submitted Dec. 19th 2012 and that was to be the end of it. However, it has still not been cancelled. I am still beign billed monthly fees and leasing fees for equipment I was instructed to send back after cancellation. I followed all the procedures they gave me yet they are still billing my account and refuse to answer to their mistakes. Not only are these general issues a problem but they also illegaly signed me up for an AMEX account with monthl fees (flat rate ESA). I never agreed to this nor signed a contract agreeing to this. I have requested multiple times to be refunded for all the mistakes this company has made not to mention the hassle and issues they have caused for me, but no one there will assist.
