When asked for verification of identification, I selected Year of
Birth, and entered that correctly. I then selected Personal Address
History and entered that correctly. I then selected Employment History,
and was asked where I worked in January 1970. I was two years old at
the time, so I moved on to Revolving Account Numbers, and entered a
correct number for one of the accounts listed, but was told that it was
incorrect. I then tried Installment Account Numbers, entered a correct
number for one of the accounts listed, but was told that was incorrect.
I then called customer service at 800-916-8800, who could not/would not
verify my identification, and then told me to call 800-493-2392. Same
problem there, and when asked for a refund, I was told I had not been
charged. I have an email from them stating my order number (451394) and
the amount charged of $14.95. My debit card/checking account has been
debited $14.95 from "CHKCARDTU *TRUECREDIT 800-49392 CAUS". I was then
told to call 800-784-3092, and again was told I had not been charged.
They will not verify my identification, and will not provide me a
refund. I want my money back. Period.
