Transam Trucking Lease purchase is a complete scam Olathe, Kansas

It surely is the old bait and switch with this company. They give you information that and tells you that with hard work you can earn a living by leasing their trucks. Phewy!!! Now I am not afraid of hard work, I have been driving a truck for 20+ years and to be honest about it...well I should Have known better :) Anyway, there is a reason I decided to give it a try: I was outta the truck for 10 months and no one wanted to bring me on. But I di expect some honesty and integrity on the part of TransAm as time went on and my bills weren't getting paid I began to realize that I was running my but off to make their truck payments for them. So I guess without all that overhead they had the money to grind through some more unsuspecting drivers through their orientation classes. The Bottom lie is that they say they pay practical miles so I started running their pay mile through my PC Miler and lo and behold on more that a few trips they were paying short miles to the truck. Also they will have you going to pick up loads at meat plants in which you will be sitting for days for them to get it ready. I sat for 50 hours in FT Morgan. Co while all the while my fixed expenses were accumulating and they would not pay me for lost time. I could go on and on with this...but hopefully this short summary will save someone from going through the same nightmare with TRANSAM TRUCKING as so many drivers have. I mean the day I returned my truck there were at least 500 empty trucks on the yard in Olathe, Ks. HMMMM!!! Wonder why??? could it be that so many drivers are realizing what a RIP-OFF TRANSAM TRUCKING is??? One can only hope. Any way if you are considering a lease purchse with TRANSAM TRUCKING>>>DON"T DO IT!!!!!!
