Transport Relief will work very hard for you right up to the point they have your deposit.  The list of excuses you drag from the different "representatives" are creative.  They have had time to hone their skills in deflection because they spend no time doing the contracted work.  I've been going around in tight circles with them for over a week.  I have made other arrangements to have my vehicle shipped from New York to Oregon.  I'm happily paying double the quoted and contracted amount that Transport Relief pulled out of their...hat...  The lies and fraudulent activities would no doubt have escalated if they managed to get posession of my vehicle.

I'm working with the fraud department at my bank to get my deposit back.  This of coarse inacted the clause in the contract stating that any action initiated on my part attempting a "dispute or chargeback" would result in an automatic $150 charge and will go into collections.  But they have a problem within their own contract. They have a clause that states they will cancel a contract at anytime or for any reason they want to and there will be no refund as they have been actively working on the order.  Ask for the proof.  If they have been active then forwarding the names and contact information of the pool of screened drivers should be easy right?  Of coarse at this point they will just hang up on you.  But when collections comes calling you have all the information you will need.

They won't be in business long.  At least not under this name.  They will simply change the company name and locate to another address.  Do a search of the current listed business location 616 Henderson Chapel Road, Pigeon Forge TN and you'll find a lovely patch of tress and grass.

I'm also enjoying making calls to the 888 565-3047 and asking for explanations of the business model.  They will earn the deposit money they took from me and I may prevent them from scamming someone else by wasting their time.  Raven has some wonderful stories...
