All New Hires Beware. The owners of this company will promise you a great oppurtunity. They will tell you that they are growing and have more freight than they know what to do with. Do not believe anything they tell you. They can only move about 15 loads a day and most of those are moved at cost or losing money. They will pay you $1500 a month during your traing program and once you get out of that they will tell you that you can start recieving bonuses but will make up whatever excuse they can to not pay you. When I left the organization the owner of the company decided to try and destroy my reputatuion by fabricating lies about my time there. They are now claiming that I was a terrrible employee and caused them to lose cause they don't want to pay any additional money. Every review I had at the company commended my performance and I was put in charge of the other employee there to help with his job performance, but now they claim none of that ever happened. The other employee also recently quit becuase of the way he was treated there. There have only been 3 other employees and none of them have stayed, what does that tell you about the owners. All they care about is themselves and will screw over anyone to get what they want. They have all done this to all of their employees and countless carriers. Avoid Transportation One at all costs
