Travel Around the World Inc & Grupo Mayan Timeshare tradein program total Fraud Miami, Florida

My complaint against Travel Around the World is not a feeble attempt by a competitor to slight Travel Around the Worlds image.  My mother and I are legitimate owners of Grupo Mayan timeshares that were promised by Travel Around the World that our 2 weeks of florida timeshares would be purchased by Travel Around the World.  We have contacted Mr. Don Tolis per the previous rebuttal to no avail.  The phone operators at Travel Around the World stated they were having "phone network problems and unable to reach Don Tolis, but they would have him call us back.  This has not happened.  My email is (((Redacted))), my name is Mark and my mothers name is Juanita M..and her email is (((Redacted))).  Our next step is to take this up with the Florida Attorney General under the legal statute of predatory practices against the elderly if we cannot get this resolved in the near future.

My name is Donald Tolis, and I am director of operations for Travel Arouind The World, our compagny is in existence since 8 years and we have performed over 10,000 transfers since, in the last 2 years our compagnie growth as more than doubled, we have had several cases over the years that have involved a human error factor, we do have a lot of employees, but our clients get in touch with us and we get the matter resolved always without fail to our customer satisfaction , as described in earlier post it rip off reports,

As for the person who filed the report with regards to his 80 years old mother transfer associated with her purchase in Cancun Mexico that has not been finalized, please contact me Donald Tolis at Travel Around The World and I will do my outmost to get this matter to a satisfactory outcome,

I do not have anyway way to find a record of the person who filed with the complaint with Ripp off report as their are no names or contact info from the person who  posted that report,

We beleive it could even be our competitors efforts to try to discredid our compagnie reputation, as we are leaders in this very competative industry.
