Travel Buy Owner TBO Properties Lied and scammed $1,500 from me Ocoee Florida

Was contacted in Nov 2011 by TBO properties stating they had an interested buyer in my Silver Lake Resort timeshart (points).  Said they had $3,500 in escrow from Mr. and Mrs. XXXX and should they deal fall through due to any fault of theirs, I would get my money back PLUS their deposit in escrow.  I explained that I was not advertising when they sent me an advertising agreement and they informed me it was the contract form they used to start the process.  I was told to write the information in at the bottom and initial it, which I did.  Once they received my money, I quit hearing from them.  When I tried calling, I got the runaround.  Eventually, I was told the same as many here; they were trying to resolve liens for the buyers  (with the IRS) and it could take months.  I tried getting my credit card company to dispute the charges to no avail.  I would like to see these people in court one day.  I would definitely make the trip to FL to see them convicted.
