Attended talk in Austin 2004 or 2005. Promised discount cruises, air, hotel, car rental, etc deep discounts 60% or more. If we were 1st couple to buy that day we the plan would be cheaper for us than others (found out later that the last to buy got the cheapest. Tried to use vacation vouchers had to pay a fee up front and then my 3 dates of travel were never good dates. after 6 months of changing dates asked for my upfront fee. got it after 6 weeks of repeated asking. My first travel to Disney World was ok, got a rebate on the condo. 2nd and 3rd travel was ok =cruises=, 3rd travel a Denmark hotel, Sept 2006 was promised a $20 a day, per room rebate and to this date have never received it. TCI in Arizona just this week said that they have discontinued doing business with TCI as TCI has not paid any rebates since Sept 2006. TCI Arizona refused to honor our rebate stating it was Horizon Travel that made the promise not TCI. I said that TCI made the reservation and told me about the rebate. WE paid good money for this discount travel and have gotten the run around about who is who. Is TCI actually Horizon in disguise and if Horizon is out of business who owes us the rebates? Who is whom? Anyone know?????

TCI, VIP Travel Incentives & Horizon Travel are all companies owned & operated by David G. Vavro. They are the same! I urge you to check throughout the internet for other blogs such as SqueakyWheel. There are about 30 of us who have found each other & have come together to seek justice for this swindle (I call us Victims of Vavro).
