I purchased a Deal Chicken hotel voucher on line for Seattle. I began contacting them in February to see if a hotel in Bellevue would be available as an alternative. They said they would only let me know if I sent in the original request along with a  certified check to cover taxes. I could not talk to them on the phone, nor would they give me a simple yes or no re: the request for Bellevue hotel location.

I sent in the request for a hotel room in Seattle or Bellevue  for May 17 - 19 on March 11 . Heard nothing, then an email April 14 saying no hotels were available.  This is annoying, so much time wasted- and to be told a lie that there are no rooms, which is false. I went on the internet and found hotel rooms available in all the hotels for the dates I requested, that they advertize in the voucher: Courtyard Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square, Quality Inn Suites, The Roosevelt, Warwick Seattle and Courtyard by Marriot.

They said they would refund my money. But this has been a colosal waste of time and a huge headache. Do not deal with this company. I will let you know if they do refund my money (I emailed my request today to Travel Corp Getaways).

All terms are fully disclosed on the offers that are promoted, though at times potential customer simply do not fully read the terms and conditions of the offer thus causing delays and issues associated with discounted travel offers as regarding the availability matter, Unfortunately the inventory that is mentioned does not reflect our systems, To reiterate the process the current offer is based upon availability as per the agency inventory not the hotels. The system scans the input dates of travel and your destination and lets the agent know if there is availability; the offer is based on a wholesale level not retail such as the hotel website that is shown.

Refunds are administered in an orderly fashion though are first reconfirmed if the dealsite itself has not executed this first.
