I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM NOW AND THEY SAID TO GO TO AIRPORT AND THEY WOULD ISSUE NEW ONESWHEN WE GOT TO AIRPORT THEY WOULDN'T LET US ON AIRPLANE AND WE WERE UNABLE TO GO TO FLORIDA AND NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE A REFUND ON MY TICKETS. THEY WERE TO LEAVE ON MARCH 3 2006 AND RETURN ON MARCH 8 2006
I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A MEMBER AT MY BROTHERS WEDDING AND I WASN'T ABLE TO ATTEND BECAUSE OF THERE ERROR. EVERTIME I TRY TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND.ITS BAD ENOUGH I MISSED MY BROTHERS WEDDING NOW THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY DUE TO THERE MISTAKE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT THIS IS A BIG RIPOFF. THANK YOU VERY MUCH .
