T2G replied and after refusing anything, finally agreed to give us $800 in credit and a 5 year membership - but we were unable to find anything for less than we could find online - including various hotels, cruises, airline fares, etc, and later reneged entirely, cutting off access to thweir website and saying they had no record of our settlement. We filed again with the above agencies, but no results to date
