The Scottsdale office would be more than happy to give you the number for my office. The phone numbers and fax number were posted on our weekly emails and also on our Trips and Tips that were mailed to members. I also have all the training tapes should anyone need to borrow them, which I have been sending to members and then they return them to me.
I have been a travel agent for 29 years with a very good reputation and many very happy members. I understand the frustration in commission and not getting exactly what they were promised in all cases. Many times I to can find better deals for myself going thru the internet than getting a travel agent rate.. most of those rates are no longer around with all the changes in the travel industry.
