However, I sued them in small claims court in Texas, won a judgement against them for all of the dues I had paid to them, and I was also awarded interest and unpaid commisions. I even forced Travelbridge to actually pay the judgement!! A lawyer originally told me not to pursue the case, because even if I won, Travelbridge would never pay. But, I did my own research on the internet, filed the suit, argued the case myself, petioned for payment, and it worked!! There are many legal options victims can use to put pressure on companies that are rip-offs. You just have to do some homework. It's all on the internet. Don't sit back and whine - go get your money back! You can do it too!
