After I spotted an error in my checking account, a recurring charge of 24.99,  going back to August, of 2011 I called my bank to complain, This was in October, and they eventually sent a form that identified  a phone number 866-640-5696 which is Elite Excursions, they change the billing name every month so December is Elitexcdec, November is Elitexcdec and so on,  initially calling I could not get through just music on hold and they asked, on the automated attendant, for a member number which I do not have,

after calling the customer service number from their web page,  and again being asked for a membership number and not having one,  I was able to enter 999999999, then wait on hold for about 20 min then it hung, it did let me through their automated attendant watchdog.

I called back,  eventually a body came on the line I said  I could not login to their website as I had no member number, they  transferred me to a recording who said welcome to "travelers advantage" who asked me for a member number, which I received from the previous operator at elite excursions,  I entered my member number, waited on hold and was hung up on.

calling back to customer service a woman named Laura answered after about 20 min. on hold, she said this was a promo from US Bank whereby I would receive a 40.00 visa card for an initial charge of1.00 to try their services. I explained i never received materials or an offer of a 40.00 Visa card she offered to cancel the recurring charge but not to refund any money thus billed for the past several months to my credit / debit card. I am in the process of having the bank reverse the charges completely but it is a tedious and long process. Per their website you can try and reach them at "If you're having Web site problems, getting an error message, or just can't complete a transaction, call us toll-free at 1-877-259-2691  tech support ; we're available from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, 7 days a week or email us for Technical Support."

This is a Rip off company and there are several complaints on the web about their practices, just google Elite Excursions and or Travelers Advantage.
