I, too, am being consistently billed year after year from this rip-off company. Despite their agreement to refund last year's bill (which never happened) I got another bill charged to my credit card. I intend not to pay this bill and will file the proper report with my credit card company.

Customer Service rep for the Traveler's Advantage service

Alright, I am a Customer Service rep for the Traveler's Advantage service. First of all, we HAVE and KEEP ON FILE all proofs of enrollment for all people who are charged for the program. Secondly, if you call to cancel the service...ALWAYS GET A CANCELATION NUMBER...if you don't...don't expect your money back. The person you talk to is paid to try to sell the product back to you, and we have NO problem speaking fast to get you to keep the membership....and by doing so we are still abiding by the laws set forth by the FTC. So I understand why you're mad, but still take responsibility for signing up for something you didn't want and not paying attention to the rep you spoke with when you "canceled"
