On Monday june 22 2009 we were attempting to book a flight from Kentucky to Illinois through Travelocity and spoke with an Agent via phone. We explained to
the Agent that we do not know the exact day of departure as it we need to wait for our child to be properly looked after. The Agent said the price of one way
that shows now on 6-22-2009 would not change for a week, on Monday 6-30-2009 we went to book a flight on their grand website. The price originally was 238.00 one way, it jumper to over 340.00... I contacted them and Agent
Dan a foreigner Imagine that! answered, I told him the deal, and ended up wanting to speak with a Mngr. He hung up on me. 2nd time I called a women, another
foreigner, surprise ! Who I could barely understand was a little better, and got me through. I told them I feel a bait and switch deal went on. The Mngr, Saul was
his name " What another Foreigner! Told me it was their policy not to honor what they quoted that no Agent told us one price and it remain the same.
Needless to say I will not ever use Travelocity, Saul claims he was the top Manager of Travelocity. Yeah right???? If its the last dammed thing I do,
I will write a letter to the Board of Directors of Travelocity. These people are horrible disrespectful NonAmericans. Boycott them. Why is there not a class
action lawsuite right now??????? American standards are for sh*t any more!

1.) I don't understand why you keep picking people being "foreigners". People with accents need jobs too and the rude comments reguarding them were completely not needed.
2.) You yourself state the person on the phone told you a week, you waited over a week so the price changed. I'm not exactly sure what you expected.
I would reccomend keeping track of dates and times being told to you and when you actually try to book so that you can still fall into the time period and cost that is quoted to you.
