Travelon Transportation DBA Alpha and Omega Scamming lying business! Eden Prairie , Minnesota

I first saw Travelons advertisement in the StarTribune job classifieds. In the advertisement, it stated that you can earn up to 2400 providing transportation services to clients to and from medical appointments. In order to apply for this job, we had to go get a copy of our criminal record and a certified copy of our DMV record and fax it to the company. Once received, the owner "Viktor" would email you and tell you that your copies were acceptable and to proceed to the next step, which you would have to go do a drug test and get a DOT card. After finishing the steps, you would then send him copies that you have completed.

Again, Viktor would email you to proceed to the next steps. You would have to go online to a site that does a free fire extinguisher test, you'd have to pass the test and get a copy of the certificate. Your next step, you'd have to pay $125 for one of his contractors to show you how the system works for driving his vans. Once you are done driving in the van with the contractor, he would then email Vikyor to tell him you've completed the training.

Next, Viktor would email you and tell you that you are to setup an appointment with him to come in and sign the paperworks, plus you needed to bring in a deposit of $500-$750 for the van which would be refundable.

You go in and sign the papers, he doesn't explain anything at all, he gives you the paperworks and tells you to sign them, asks you for the deposit. Cash or card? Writes you a receipt and gives you a phone. He says it will take a couple of days before MNET approves you for driving. So you have to wait and also tells you that you had 45 days to go take a wheelchair lift training that costs $150.

My first week of work. Viktor told me that I needed $200 to use as gas money for the first week til I got paid. Two weeks later, I emailed Viktor and asked how come I haven't gotten paid yet? He says that we don't normally pay til your 6th week of work. My six week, he cuts all his fees which are ginormous!

I'm very disappointed that this guy actually scammed so many of us into this job because he hid all this information from his advertisements. Basically he was scared people would find out about his fees and not do his job. We obviously took his words for granted, and went downhill quickly. I had to put gas in the car every week, which was about 240 per week. I used up my money I had to pay for bills to put gas in this job because I thought I could survive. Today, I'm being evicted from my home because this guy lied.

We would sit for hours every other day waiting for work, and he'd have nothing for us. He told us he'd give us discounts for his fees. But his cuts for him are so big, leaving us to nothing left just our gas money back and 100-200 for one week of work working 70 + hrs per week! When we complained, he told us that his drivers that make over 2500 a week worked from 4 am til 9pm? Isn't there a law that says you can't drive after 12 hours of driving?

I've quit already, but some more people's quit too! I've heard complaints, and I'd like go get my money I deposit back, plus I'd like to know if we can do a class action lawsuit in this guy, please let me know. His statements he sends us are not even a statement, he doesn't even explain his deductions and discounts.
