Telemarker called about diet patches...19.99 for trial period...7 day supply...but they would send 90 day supply...if you were not satisfied send back and you would not be charged 90 day supply of 199.99. They said I had 30 days to send back...I didn't even try the 7 days and sent back all of patches...I called to make sure they received them so my credit card would not be charged... they said they received the patches and my card would not be charged...5 months later July 14, 2003 my card was charged 199.99. Lana the lady I talked to said there was an error and my card should not have been charged....but I had to send her proof that they had charged my card she wanted a copy of my statement that

had the charge on it...she said it would take 10-14 days for me to get my money back after she received my "proof"...she could do nothing else for me this was their "policy". This is clearly theft!!! My credit card company is sending me an unauthorized paper to sign I don't know if this will do any good!! When are people like this going to be held liable!!! Thank you
