I had ordered Treehouse Marketing's smoke-free product. When I was called about the product, the representive never once told me that the product was $199.95 for 3 month supply. All I was told was that it was $19.90 for a month supply and that was what I ordered.
I gave the rep my checking account information and I saw that the right amount was taken out it the next month. A few months later when I got my bank statement, I noticed that Treehouse had taken $199.95 out of my account, not once, not twice, but a total of three times!!!! A grand total of $599.85, money which I don't have. That was in January of this year.
I have since called the company numerous times asking for my money back and to be reimbursed for all insufficient bank fees, which needless to say, I haven't seen a red cent from those coorupt jerks. To make matters even worse, Treehouse is saying I still owe them $200 and sent it to a collection agency. I called the collection agency to tell them that I DO NOT owe Treehouse money and their rep hung up on me twice.
I have sent an e-mail to the owner saying if I don't get reimbursed by the end of this month, I will be talking to a lawyer. This company should be burned to the ground and all of it's employees should be placed in prison!!

Heard Jason Turley was ousted at Treehouse and I should be getting refunded

Today, while I was at work, I received a phone call from Utah's consumer protection office. They had Treehouse Marketing at a hearing this morning and they are suppose to be refunding me the extra money they had taken out of my checking account. I should be receiving the money in the next 30 days. I was told to call the gentleman back to tell him if I don't get refunded. He also told me that the one owner, Jason Turley, was fired because of all of the complaints that were against the company. Hopefully, my almost year-long battle with Treehouse will be over.

Treehouse denying receiving money from my account

I received a call from Utah's consumer protection representive on Friday May 30th. He told me that Treehouse stated they never received the money from the so-called check issuing place, that's why I received a letter from the colletion agency. He also said I needed to get info from my bank as to where the money was sent to and fax it to him. From the sound of it, the man said that Treehouse Marketing should be shut down because of all the people they have ripped off. I also mentioned this site to him and that Treehouse Marketing has ripped off alot of people the same way I was ripped off and also by denying they received the product when the consumer had sent it back and they(the consumer) has a receipt showing that Treehouse had recieved it.
