This builders'offences include fraud, deception and persecution. Rip off reports you have to be really bad to get a negative report from the Better Business Bureau. What would you say about a builder who was thrown out of the better business bureau and used on the cover of their brochure as the poaster child for bad building?

What would you say if the city fired them as they attempted to build a police station and were 7 months behind and had $120,000 of mold remediation. What would you say if they made "contractors from hell" article in Peoples'Magazine? What would you say if they were exposed lying to reporters in a seven page expose' in Mother Jones Magaine? What would you say if they built a deffective subdivison of 44 houses and sued subcontractors and roofers but didn't tell the buyers?
What would you say to the cohorts who cheated all these home buyers? Jorge Casimiro, Thomas Thibodeau and Armad Al Bana. What would you say if Jorge Casimiro was appointed to the Harris Country Housing authority ...a direct conflict of interest? What would you say if these people were operating( hiding) under at least 30 different entities? What would you say if their agent, and a director, Norman Chapa was convicted of federal charges,pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing?
What would you say if these three had numerous cases filed against them with the BBB,TRCC,in the Courts and with AAA?

You would say welcome to Texas where the laws are against you.Welcome to foreclosures and bankrupsy because you can't afford the repairs on your brand new homes. And what can you doabout it Nothing the atotrney general's office says they do not have the staffor time.
Your homeowners'insurance says they do not cover substandard construction or builder defects.You can't sue because of binding arbitration clauses.

It is one thing to be made homeless by an act of God like Katrina, but it is totally different when it is by an act of pure greed.
