We ordered a scooter for out daughter. Two days after ordering we called to confirm the order since the confirmation email they sent us was very poor. We first got the order desk that told us they are unable to give information about our order and we need to call the customer service dept. that opens at 3 pm. We waited till 3 and got a hold of the customer service dept. that told us our order has shipped and is in transit and will arrive to us in 5 days. At the expected day of delivery we receive an email that notifies us that our order is back ordered and will arrive in next 2 weeks. Very confused we called Trend Times and we were told they made a mistake telling us that the order shipped and the guy said in a rude manner: like to you have never made a mistake?! And proceeded to talk to us very rudely. The whole conversation he kept interrupting us and did not let us talk at all. Anytime we would like to ask something he kept interrupting us and insulting us. We finally asked to cancel the order and politely said that we don't need to listen to that and hung up.They kept calling our phone 3-4 times. the reps name was Michael. The rudest service ever. They DO not care about customers at all!! We also asked to talk to the manager and they refused to let us talk to anybody. They should not be allowed to sell anything!!!
