Things are not always as they seem. He moves from state to state with fake indentities, fake social securities, fake addresses, fake businesses. What he appears to be is not real. When threatened, be can be quite dangerous and is armed. He was also charged and jailed in Florida for a hit and run. Be careful with who you trust! He owns nothing and can be hard to track.

Beware of this dangerous individual. He is prone to scamming you out of your money as well as violence. I read recently that the FBI had an open investigation into his scandalous ways.
If you do business with him of any kind you are subject to arrest as well.
