Trey Mannix, Gary Black, Brandy Mabry et al, operate as out of town, Storm Chasing, Roof Restoration thieves.

They hire, promise, pacify, deceive and scam quality sales people to produce  restoration homeowner contracts-sales, inspections, billing etc and later will change the agreed to commissions, percentages, once the job is paid, making hundreds of thousands of dollars for themselves, but leaving their sub contractors broke.  Its their basic M.O. everywhere.

Their trail strethes from Pennsylvaia (2010), to Ohio (2011)  to Texas and now New Jersey.
Run dont walk. 

You wont be paid, or will receive only a partial payment, after youve committed weeks of sweat, blood and tears. 

He usually promises 35-50% profit of the job profits, but doesnt mention office costs, set costs, percentages to people used to produce leads etc.  All of this will come out of your end leaving you no where near the conttracted price.  There is also widespread drug use at the office facility.

Consumers beware, they will give you a 'tail light' warranty.

Distributors beware. Your invoices will not be paid either.
