I wish I'd read the other comments about this company before I bought from it! I ordered a Halloween costume and knew that the timing might be tight, but by paying for priority shipping, it fit within the time frame mentioned on the site. When asked for any "special instructions or comments about your order," I wrote in that I needed it for a specific date, and if that shipping method wouldn't get the item to me in time, to please let me know. Well, no one ever contacted me, so I assumed I was ok.

The day before I needed the costume, I emailed the company to ask for a status update. Coincidentally, I received a "order update" (not a response email) soon after saying that my item had been shipped. I again asked when it was shipped, and when it would arrive. No answer. Later I was finally able to see tracking on the USPS site, and saw it was just shipped that day! With two-day priority shipping, it meant I would receive the costume the day after I need it.

All in all, four unanswered emails. But my main complaint is not about that - it is about the response when I called about returning it. The gentleman (I say that loosely...) whom I believe was Jeffrey Beach, was incredibly rude, interrupting me several times and asking me "What didn't I understand about the shipping times?" I had to hang up because I was getting so infuriated by the way he was treating/speaking to a customer. Like others have said, he told me I should have ordered with another company. I wish I did...  I will be certain to in the future... and I would urge you to as well.
