The day before I needed the costume, I emailed the company to ask for a status update. Coincidentally, I received a "order update" (not a response email) soon after saying that my item had been shipped. I again asked when it was shipped, and when it would arrive. No answer. Later I was finally able to see tracking on the USPS site, and saw it was just shipped that day! With two-day priority shipping, it meant I would receive the costume the day after I need it.
All in all, four unanswered emails. But my main complaint is not about that - it is about the response when I called about returning it. The gentleman (I say that loosely...) whom I believe was Jeffrey Beach, was incredibly rude, interrupting me several times and asking me "What didn't I understand about the shipping times?" I had to hang up because I was getting so infuriated by the way he was treating/speaking to a customer. Like others have said, he told me I should have ordered with another company. I wish I did... I will be certain to in the future... and I would urge you to as well.
