payments in the amount of $199.39,with the final payment due on 5/16/07 which was also made to Triad. Since that time,I have made several inquiries about the title to the vehicle,which they are illegally in posession of,since the
vehicle plus interest has been paid for.
Rather than provide us with the title for the vehicle we have bought and paid for,they are refusing to comply with our lawful request for title,and have been driving us to distraction with as many as six phone calls per day. It has gotten so bad,that my wife can no longer work
effectively in her office,as that is where the phone is.
Triad also has tried to claim that we owe $92.00 in bogus late fees for this vehicle,and I will not pay an unsubstantiated claim for bogus late fees.In my
opinion,this company operates in an unusally sinister and possibly criminal manner, and I believe their specialty is preying on people who simply do not have a lot of
financial wherewithall?I would like to see a major class action lawsuit brought against this "company" as I believe they are corrupt,and possibly criminal.
I have notified the State of California Attorney General's Office,but as I'm here in New York,I don't have a lot of hope.
