Triad Financial Inc Santander Consumer USA Beware!! Triad Financial will try to ruin your credit Internet, Internet

I had consigned a loan for my ex-fiance back in 2002 thru Triad financial. He was unable to get a loan because he had no credit. He than lost his job and was unable to make car payments. He did a voluntary repossession. After that point he had moved back to NY. I had some hard times and in 2003 claimed chapter 7 bankruptcy which included this debt. They had tried to contact to me after the bankruptcy was discharged looking for remaining amount. I advised them that it was included in bankruptcy and provided the phone number to reach my ex who was on the loan. For years when I check my credit report it showed that it was discharged. All of a sudden I receive my free annual credit report to find Santander Consumer Inc on my account. I had no clue who it was but it was showing that is was opened 2002 and just came on as report in Sept 2010. Triad had given the information to this company that had placed it on my credit report to collect a debt that was included in my BANKRUPTCY! That is a violation of the order. Buyer beware because they do not care of about the laws they are just predatory loan sharks! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing information with the credit report bureaus. This is illegal!!
