Tribute Mastercard My tribute gold card harrassing calls on one late payment/raised interest rates good payment history/said closed all accounts after not reissuing stolen card/jacked me around for months /kept adding fees, Internet

This company charges to pay them- if you don't mail it- many times on computer your blocked causing fees- when and if you reach them they usually will credit PITA

They raised there rates by about 8% on 2250.00 out of blue late only one payment which they harrassed so badly I wouldn't even use my phone (over a year ago ist time)

Would send offers after recieving large payment of 1200.00 once twice a year within a month but wouldn't apply it when told just made it (2X'x 2 different years) 

All my CC were stolen this spring- they held me up for months saying they sent it but then sent a letter saying they closed all accounts- causing me to pay differntly and creating more fees which they wouldn't take off and then cut their phone line to help

They are still charging a $9.99 monthly fee AND a finance fee for which they provide no service and blocked the site for payment and sent some bs letter to make payments at banks?

Just got another letter stating they can't reduce the interest rate because they closed the account (all accounts after much inquiry) but they raised it just before closing it (no notice)

They are a major rip off- their online doesn't match the paper statements in miniumus and theire fees are so high- not agreed on at time of accepting card that little is applied to cards- I think they planned this for high income no effort on their part.

I will sign a class action and from the looks of things on the internet I imagine this is a major problem with this company.

I haven't worn this company in any way I had mostly large single purchases that I surley wish I had applied elsewhere to.

Also this summer while looking for work between school terms and after my cards were stolen I told them exactly when I would get my loans for school and that I would pay at least $1,000 of it (only talking three months) less than $300.00 in payments they wre major ASS____ called around the clock - contacted and assured many times plus I had a good pay history- this company is a RIPOFF!!!!!.
