Wow. Complaints up the yazoooo.
Triligiant is a company with a serious coumication problem and a total lack of respect for the customer. I did finally get the representative to remove the charge and cancel my membership, but they even tried to pro-rate it for the 20 days at 15%. Lets see, 20 days is 5% of the years. Humm. Well a supervisor removed that charge as well, but it took a full hour to get through this.
Triligiant. Talk to your customers. Do not treat them like numbers. We are people. Comments like "read, read and reread" are condesending and accomplish nothing other than creating hostility.
