After 9 days of not receiving any communication from the company, I replied to the company asking when the item was shipped and requested the tracking number. A response was received by the company saying there was a delay and the item would not be shipped for another 4 days.
After those 4 days past, no tracking number was received and the item still was not shipped. This company has had our money for 13 days and still have not shipped the product (especially not within 2 business days as they state).
If you need the products you order, I warn you not to buy from Trinity 1945 Inc., as you may never recieve the order. After nearly 2 weeks I am still waiting for the product to be shipped (then will have to still allow for shipping time) or for a complete refund.
