If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 21, 2006

This "envelope stuffing" scam has been around for about 30 years that I know of!

There is no such thing as get rich quick, unless you do something illegal or hit the lottery, etc.

NEVER pay anyone a fee to "work".

Think about it, they could pay someone minimum wage to stuff and mail those envelopes or contract it out to some sweatshop of illegals.

And, this envelope stuffing scam requires you to pay to advertise to get the leads to mail the stuffed envelopes to. That is the fine print that most people miss.

I hope you paid with a credit card.

You might have to chalk this one up to an investment in knowledge.

If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. You really just have to apply some common sense.
