Trinity Security Services One BOGUS company. They claim to field train guards before sending employees out to work but they don't. They provide only 1 uniform which they deduct 140.00 from a employees check. Owner is a botox-a Las Vegas, Nevada

This company is a greedy capitalists dream. It definetely CHANGED my perspective on what a decent employer should be. Anyone willing to apply their security experience STAY AWAY from trinity security. The work environments are horrible. The company gives guards no keys, access to  bathrooms or even RADIOS. The safety and health hazards they put employees through is OUTRAGEOUS. We've all heard of private security companies forcing guards to sign paperwork dictating we can work in ANY environment but at least MOST provide proper access to property to better assist tenants or customers, maintenance requests at night and bathroom access. Trintiy does not provide that. By the way, on their wensite, the company states they field train their guard before reporting for duty. That's a crock of shit from my employee experience. ALL of us have defeated morale, most guards I've spoken to don't even show up for fear of being assaulted, beaten or even shot. No wonder why Walt Walters and Earl White(OWNERS) employ only ex-cons and imbeciles. The few intellectuals and professionals who are employed by trinity improvise to assist tenants by USING our OWN CELL PHONES!. Besides the safety hazards the owners dodge from OCEA, the owner is a con artist who spends OUR hard earned money on botox injections for his face just to make his corpse look alive. The DIRECTOR Earl White resembles a fat, aging Don King who rants and raves at ALL of us on payday as if we were bereaved idiots. THIS COMPANY IS A CAPITALISTS DREAM. STAY AWAY FROM TRINITY SECURITY SERVICES!!! To all professional guards out there apply work ethic elsewhere....this is a farce.
