Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I really don't want to spend much time. But it is important that James who is a complete pr*ck in Houston, Texas and the rest of the people who continue the lies for this company are part of an enormously successful scam. I had the exact same experience; paid $340 for a Playa trip, waited for the "Vouchers", and got no further information about how to actually book a trip. A HUGE run around, with a lot of horrible people working together to scam thousands with no consequence. What an absolute shame, I cannot imagine how the thieves behind these office faxes for trips, sleep at night.
Let me know how i can help bring them to justice.

I also purchased a travel package from this company and the trip went ok. I did have to abide by the travel restrictions and then go through the booking company they provided but after I paid the booking fees and left a deposit with the booking agent for my taxes I had a wonderful trip that me and my family really enjoyed. I have purchased another trip with Romex travel if you had problems you aparantly didnt follow the rules of the package. I really enjoyed my experience with this company and encourage anyone who knows how to follow rules of travel to contact them and travel. The customer service department answered my questions and when they didnt know the answers they found them out for me and called me back the the answer.
