I ordered 2 of the Flex-Able Hoses off the As Seen On TV Info Commercial. The first one we used started to leak and than all of a sudden the damn thing busted. It scared the living crap out of me. Let alone soaked me from top to bottom. So, I guess I didn’t learn my lesson the first time! I was watering my flowers with the 2nd hose I purchased and it was like a shotgun went off in my hand. The nozzle of the hose went flying across my garden and once again scared the living crap out of me.  These things are pieces of sh** if I am allowed to say this.

I called customer service and I had asked them if they had any complaints of this happening and he said no not at all, this is the first I have heard of this. He was lying right through his teeth. I have read at least 50 complaints thus far about the hose blowing up in peoples faces. I had asked them how I would go about getting a refund. [continued below]....

..... He said let me send you a return label and when we receive the hoses back we will mail you and exchange. I again asked about a refund and he said at this time since the hoses were defective we can send you an exchange.

So, he emailed me a return label. Now mind you, it is a return label with no guarantee of delivery notification. Do they think I am a dumba**?  Address is Postage Due Unit, US Postal Service, PO Box 9998, Wallingford, CT 06492-9998.

So, I am going to send mine back UPS and dare them to say they didnt receive the hoses for return. I do not want an exchange, I want my money back. I also think these hoses should be pulled from the shelves of Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Target and anywhere else they sell these hoses. I am not kidding you when it scared the shit out of me. I just hope that an elderly person is not going to be using one of these and it busts on them, it may cause them to have a heart attack.
