We paid Triton Law $3,000 to help us get a loan modification with Bank of America. For 6 months we sub mitted and re-submitted the same information 4 times. We then were transferred to a paralegal who was suposedly putting together a class action suit against Bank of America for improper banking pracatices. Afater a few more months we requested a refund and were asked for more information. We have had to file bankruptcy because we have used our retirement accounts to keep the house payments up as long as we could and we now need that $3000 to live, but we can't reach anyone - all of the e-mail addresses are defunct. Is there any way to get our money back?
