I finally call AT&T and they are not much help either. I asked the AT&T rep. about the company Trivoice and AT&T people are just as cluelessabout it. I asked AT&T rep. how can they add charges to my bill with thout my knowledge or authorization. The AT&T rep. gave some sorry excuse about policies and regulations and they are powerless to do anything about it. This practice is known as "slamming" and AT&T should make an effort to address customer bill. Anyway, it will be another complain about AT&T billing services.
Both Trivoice and EBSI are practicing "slamming" your phone bill. AT&T should take responsibilities to protect customer against "slamming"
