Hello,

Based upon the way you have written your calim, I believe that you did not fufill your obligations. You must make five payments before receiving your computer. I can almost guarantee that you did not do that. If you signed your contract and made the payments you should have, then you would have a brand new laptop and the free gifts promised to you.
