Tropical Luxury INC, Tropicalbmw.com, ebay tropicalbmw, Owners Igor Svidunovich, Oleg Svidunovich Tropical Luxury 4240 James St. Port Charlotte, Florida 33980

I purchased a 2008 BMW 328xi on 8-31-11 from Igor Svidunovich thru ebay. I made a deposit of $500.00 thru PayPal on 9-1-11. The remainder of the purchase price for the vehicle of $15,800.00 was paid by cashier's check, which was received by Igor on 9-8-11. Igor said he would make the arrangements for the delivery of the BMW, and that he does this all the time. The agreed amount for the delivery was $650.

I was in contact with Igor since Sept. 8 in trying to establish a date when the car would be picked up and delivered. He told me it would be picked up on Fri the 9th then it was Sat. the 10th then it was going to be picked up Sunday night which never happened. Then Sept 12 Monday final a truck was to pick the car up. Company's name is J-J Mullers. They contacted Igor for the pick- up of the BMW and he never showed up on Monday! They tried calling him and he would not answer their calls. They stated they waited 2 hours for Igor and they became very upset that he did not show up as it cost them money to wait. I also tried calling Igor that day and he did not respond back to my calls.

I was beginning to feel there must be something wrong with the BMW and that Igor did not want to release the vehicle. Unfortunately as you read the rest of the story this proves to be true.

Hi ---------------------. I'm so sorry about this frustrating experience. I know you call me, but I want you to understand that I'm not the driver. The driver that was supposed to pick up Sunday, than they say Monday morning, then afternoon, and at the time I had lunch they come and left in 10 min. I was not happy with them.

Now I have the car on central dispatch for $700, with I will pay that extra $50, and I expect to find someone today or tomorrow.

The Following is an e-mail responding back.

Hi Igor,

I got a call from the dispatcher Joan from J-J Mullers yesterday and she told me a different story. Also since you did not call back yesterday afternoon or all evening I called e-bay and filed a VPP Reimbursement request yesterday. I even called you and left a message for you to call me back yesterday and you never did.

Yesterday 9-12-11 we had a phone conversation in which you told me that the truck was on its way in 15 min. In that conversation you gave me the phone number of the trucking company/J-JMullers. So you knew the truck was on the way and you knew how important it was to be there because of all the other promises of other deliveries not going thru. I then called the dispatcher Joan at 941-755-4178 and she said they were there at the lot. Later that afternoon I was in contact with the dispatcher and she said they waited 2 hours for you to show up and called you several times and you did not answer. The truck driver even asked one of the guys at the garage where the car was at and they told him it was not there for delivery. At one point the dispatcher said she made contact with you and she said you told her that you were out for parts.

So I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the car, that it was not ready for delivery. You knew how important it was for the car to be there. If you were so busy you could have had someone else delivery the car to the garage for pick up. Also how come the car was not already there like the night before or all week for that matter?

To make this right and for me to feel comfortable with the transaction I feel you should pay for the delivery and I want an independent third party- mechanic to look at the vehicle for inspection at your cost and I want the vehicle report e- mailed to me before a delivery. There are too many circumstances that are not adding up. If this is not acceptable from you I will continue with the VPP request.

On Sept 15 I received a call from JJ Mullers the trucking company.

I was told the car was relisted on Central Dispatch (which is a broker company that list cars that are available for deliveries.) I was told the type written instructions for my BMW on Central Dispatch was fork lift-push off. Which means the car is not drivable. I called Igor on this. He said it was a mistake. I told him with these two mistakes-(not showing up for the car to be picked up and then listing the car as a fork off) I was getting very uncomfortable with the purchase. He agreed to make this right and that he would pay for a vehicle inspection and he would take some new pictures of the car.

In our next phone conversation on Sept 16, 2011 Igor told me that the company (Inspect my Ride) was going to call him at 2:00 pm. When I followed up with the company (Inspect my Ride) they said there was no record of the BMW with my VIN for an upcoming inspection.

Hi Igor,

I found out the listing for the 2008 BMW328xi at central dispatch with the typed instructions : fork lift- push off for the truck driver was taken off after our phone conversation this afternoon. I want you take the listing down so the 2008 BMW 328xi can be inspected from a third party at your cost as we agreed so I am assured the vehicle drives.

Once the car is inspected I will arrange for a truck to pick up the BMW. I want you to pay the driver $50.00 at the time of pick up as you agreed to pay for on this second scheduled appointment.

Once the inspection is set up let me know. E-bay has a company (inspect my ride) they charge $129.99. Their phone number is

1.877.917.3767 they are open Mon-Fri 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET.

Looking forward to the vehicle report and a successful delivery completion.

Hi Igor,

I just called (Inspect My Ride) 2:56 pm central time. They asked for the vin number of the BMW. They do not have a account for the car. You just told me this morning that at 2:00 pm eastern time that (Inspect My Ride) would be calling you to give you an appointment time. Well its now 3:58 pm eastern time. It doesn't look like you are going to follow thru. Give me some evidence that you plan on following thru or I will be forced to continue with the VPP Reimbursement Request with EBay.

You also volunteered to send bigger and clearer pictures of the BMW yesterday and you have not done that either. Can you tell the truth? Do you care about your business?

Actions taken after Sept. 16, 2011

With all the Lying from Igor I went ahead and filed a Reimbursement Request from E-bay. After filing and talking to the Auction Insurance Agency they said they could not help since the car is a rebuilt even though there was still no delivery of the vehicle!! They did get in contact with Igor and he set up another pick up delivery which was Sept. 21, 2011. Now remember he promised to have the car inspected before setting up another delivery. He lied.

Now get this! Igor re-list the car pick up on Central Dispatch for $750, remember the agreed price is $650. He is supposed to pay the delivery company extra $50 out of his pocket. The next delivery company he gets is Yaris Transport Vehicle, Inc. He makes them wait 4 hours! Remember the price of delivery is supposed to be $650.00. Since he makes Yaris Transport wait 4 hours Igor "the good guy he is" he tips them $100. I'm in contact with Yaris Transport prior to delivery is how I find this out. Also I'm suppose too pay Yaris Transport $750 or they won't deliver the vehicle. So Igor lies again and stiffs me $100.00.

I finally received the BMW on Sept. 24, 2011.

I go to pick up the BMW and the nightmare is over, right. Wrong! The first thing that comes out of the driver's mouth is the engine fan won't turn off. You can hear the fan running at high speed in the parking lot where I picked up the car. The driver says Igor is a bad person and he had to wait 4 hours while Igor was working underneath the hood of the car!

I tried calling Igor and you guessed it he would not answer the phone. I e-mailed him no response. I had to disconnect the battery so the fan would stop and not drain the battery. I later learn that I could disconnect the fan directly without disconnecting the battery. The following week I finally hear from Igor but he is not willing to pay the extra $100 for the delivery I had to pay or to compensate me for the fan not working properly.

With all the lies and more lies. I listed a negative feedback on eBay. Igor true to form lies there also! (See picture attachment below.) His response back is I never bought the car and it was 100% perfect and he relisted the vehicle! Igor is one of the biggest liars I have ever had the displeasure to come across.

Igor Svidunovich/Tropical BMW:

This letter is concerning the silver 2008 BMW 328xi you sold me VIN # WBAVC93508K038320 . ebay item number: 250882616447. The sell was Sept. 8, 2010. I received the car Sept. 24, 2010. I notified you about how the Auxiliary Fan would not shut off on Sept. 26 2010 by e-mail and phone. You became defensive and said I must have called Santa Clause and would not rectify the problem. Forcing me to give you a negative feedback on eBay. I also told you the first thing the delivery driver told me when I picked up the car was the fan would not shut off.

I have since taken the car to two garages and they could not fix the Auxiliary Fan because wires were added and cut. The wiring no longer followed the BMW electrical schematic diagram. I was eventually forced to take the car to the BMW dealership. The Auxiliary Fan that was replaced by you guys was a single fan NOT a dual fan assembly which was required for BMW's. BMW states the fan needs to be replaced along with the wiring harness. I have enclosed the bill for the job which comes to $1543.66.

The bill is enclosed with attachment.

Also the undercarriage of the car was missing rivets. I had the undercarriage come loose numerous times from the time I received the car until I have had it fixed. That cost $55.78. Also the cigarette lighter and the 12 V socket in the arm rest did not work. The cost $18.00.

I expect you to pay me for these repairs if your word means anything. You stated in your advertisement that nothing under the hood was damaged. You also stated in your e-mails the car was 100% perfect.

I realize the car is a rebuilt but your ad and on your word you said the car had no mechanical problems. I mentioned this because this is what you threw in my face when I first mentioned the fan was not working properly. If a customer cannot believe your ad or your word what can they go on when purchasing your vehicles? The purchase price is based on an accurate listing of the car. Just because a car is a re-built it does not give you a license to lie.

Again I expect you to re-reimburse me for these repairs. If not I will never forget this experience and I will use internet resources and other avenues to get the word out about your business.

Remember this is a well documented case. I expect a response in two Days, which will be Friday Nov. 4, 2011. See attachments of repairs.

Contact information for reimbursement of repairs:

---------------------

Customer,

---------------------

In the process of waiting for the last delivery I Googled the VIN number of my BMW and I found three auction sites that had my BMW listed along with pictures of the real damage to the vehicle that was not listed truthfully in the eBay ad. I wish I had done this prior to buying the BMW. They are: autoauctionhelp.com, ridessafely.com, and iaai.com

COMPARE (Luxury BMW / Igor Svidunovich) LIES and the FACTS in their eBay AD. ****See attachment of eBay AD below for reference and bills.

LIE #1. This car was professionally repaired to factory specifications.

FACT: The Auxiliary Fan in the BMW is an after- market fan with its shroud cut so it could fit into the car. Also the auxiliary fan is a single speed not a dual speed. The electrical wire harness was cut modified and altered. Verified by two auto garages and the BMW dealership. (See BMW bill attachment on bottom.)

The undercarriage was missing rivets. (See BMW bill attachment on bottom.)

LIE #2. We replaced the bumper cover, and the hood.

FACT: Yes the bumper cover was replaced along with the hood. However looking at the auction sites showing the state of the car prior to being rebuilt the damage shows front quarter panels were damaged, both headlight assemblies were damaged and other components.

LIE#3. Nothing under the hood was damaged.

FACT: The Auxiliary Fan was damaged and front end components under the hood replaced. (See BMW bill attachment on bottom.)

LIE#4. Every car we sell is driven for over 500 miles to make sure everything works properly.

FACT: At the salvage auction sites there is a picture with the odometer reading 38,407 mi. This is significant. The e-bay listing has 38,000 mi. dated 8-31-11. The Title has 38,582 mi dated 8-31-11. Odometer disclosed statement reads 38,599 mi. dated 9-6-11. E-bay listing says: "Every car sell is driven for over 500 miles to make sure everything works properly. If the car was driven 500 miles the Odometer disclosed statement should have read 38,907 mi from time of salvage to present. In fact the car was driven 192 mi from point of salvage to being sold.

LIE#5. No Warning lights.

FACT: The tire pressure monitor signal was on first day I picked the car up. Discover the tire pressure monitor valve was broke on the front left tire. (See Goodyear bill attachment on bottom.)

Tropical Luxury INC, Tropicalbmw.com, ebay tropicalbmw are very dishonest Sellers! Note: Igor had a listing for a 2011 BMW 328i with vin WBAPH7G55BNM57570 on eBay Sept. 2011 with a description of no air bags deployed. Yet on http://www.salvage-cars-for-sale.info/salvage/for-sale-bmw-328-2011-MTYzODgzMzE there is a picture that clearly shows the driver air bag deployed!!!! He also has no mention how the hood was replaced.

Igor had a listing for a 2010 BMW 328xi with vin WBAPH7G55ANM51492 on eBay Sept. 2011 with a description of no air bags deployed. Yet on http://www.easyexport.us/cars-for-sale/SALVAGE_TITLE_SIDE_2010_BMW_328_13602511 there is a picture that clearly shows the driver air bag deployed!!!!

Final Note: (11-8-11) Since I have received the BMW I have only had pleasure of driving the car to and from the repair shops. I have also noticed since owning the car the paint job is poor on the replaced hood with multiple pits.

since when is it ok to rip people off

AUTHOR: bobbykeith - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 09, 2015

We're the idiots because we seek out a vehicle we'd be interested in purchasing from someone. Since when it is ok to tell people anything you want about something you're selling. Its the law to be honest and upfront about the item, especially on eBay. Its sickening you think someone who trusted a business person, paid him, and then was shafted with lies is the idiot. You're a stupid moron is what I think.

Someday I'd like to see some psychiatric study be performed to see why you people do these incredibly stupid things!  Is it genetic?  Is it because toxic chemicals were ingested at some point?  Too much/too little exposure to the sun?  What is it???

You haven't the slightest idea who this guy is or his reputation in the community, but that doesn't matter, you simply send your money off to him.  You haven't a clue what the physical appearance of this car is on the outside or even the inside but you send off your money.  You don't have the slightest clue if all the features and accessories actually work, but that doesn't matter...off goes your money.  You don't even know if this car has a clear title, but so what.  You don't know how it rides, drives or sounds, but you send off your money.  You don't have a report from a mechanic of your choice whom you had to examine the car, but so what, off goes $15k +.  You have absolutely no clue, no idea, no evidence as to the viability of this car but you still continue in this stupid transaction.

Now you come here, write a new addition of "War and Peace" and expect to find sympathy.  The only people who will give you sympathy are those suffering from the same mental condition as you!

Clearly, this con-man knew full well that all he had to do is put this car on-line and along will come some sucker or chump and very easily bend over backwards to gladly offer to be his next victum.  Guess who that was?  You and countless others have proven the statement attributed to P. T. Barnum, "A sucker is born every minute."

You threw common sense out the window for a stupid car.  Now, enjoy your piece of junk.

That website?  healthyminds.org.  It will help you find a psychiatrist in your area who will help discover what has gone wrong upstairs...throwing money away along with common sense.

Incredible!!!
