May God forgive the person who posted this slanderous statement against my name and reputation, and to go as far as to even slander my wife's name. It may be that the person posting these lies are totally unaware of the Florida Defamation Law...

The person's opening statement was: "Troy Moses was refered to me by a friend, so i decided to check him out before i hired him...".  How could a referred person find such detailed information about me, my wife and a "house" without being intimately involved? The opening statement alone an inherently contradictory lie - for it is impossible to "discover" such detail just by googling my name.

Regardless of that, I will pursue this matter no further than to say that anyone with an ounce of street smarts can read between the lines of the person who would go through such length to deliberately try to defame someone's character.

so the sister has been fighting with Aurora loan services who filed the foreclosure complaint. Their attorney David J Stern who filed robo signed docs claimed the sister is not the owner because she was left off the title by the builder who she paid to build her house. i seen docs with my own eyes at the court that the sister is the real owner and not Troy Moses and the wife. These docs were filed in 2008 by an attoney. Troy Moses refused to sign the quitclaim deed and some from from a bank which would have added the sisters name to the mortgage and then allow her to defend the fraudulent foreclosure. Troy Moses the wife the builder Avatar/avhomes First Magnus Homecomings Financial Gmac Aurora the brokers and on scammed this lady out of her house and Troy Moses and the wife tired to make the sister look bad by filing a letter in court where they accuse the sister of writing a bad check, but the sister filed docs proving that she did not write any bad checks. Troy Moses is trying to pretend that he was so good to help the sister out by co-signing the loan and then she could not make the mortgage payment when she was scammed because the two loans did not roll into one like the brokers said and he knew it because his e-mails from 2007 shows no one knew the loans would not roll into one. The wife is on the title to the sisters house and she was not working at the time. the office of finance got involved and get this! Troy Moses REFUSED to take part. and  just wants to blame the sister fir ruining his credit when court docs shows he was the one who refused to do anything the only conclusion that can be drawn is that Troy Moses is evil because he does not want the sister to have the house. Him and the wife are trying to pretend the sister  is not the owner so not only is Troy Moses a scammer and unable to admit when he sis wrong which is not a good trait, but a LIAR! he and the wife refuse to quitclaim to a property none of them own. The judges have said  that if he had signed the quitclaim deed this debuckle would not have happened. Troy Moses is evil! it stands to reason that Troy Moses would prefer his sister to be put out than sign the the deed which would prevent her from homelessness TROY MOSES HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHTS? i am glad i decided to check this dude out before hiring him to work on my project. I would not hire him to build my dogs house. I can't imagine what this crippled woman has been through. It is bad enough to be a cripple then to have your own family member scamming you out of your house. TROY MOSES AND THE WIFE GETTY ARE  SUCH A FRAUDSTERS! Here he is pretending to be this nice upstanding guy designing houses as a living for other people while he has scammed his own crippled sister out of her house by refusing to sign the deed. ANYONE WHO CAN DO THIS TO THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBER AND A CRIPPLED FAMILY MEMBER AT THAT CAN'T EVER BE TRUSTED!
