Troy Moses was refered to me by a friend, so i decided to check him out before i hired him. What i discovered is awful bad. Seems Troy Moses has a very dark side and isn't as squeaky clean as he represents. Apparently he has a crippled sister named Simone. According to court docs she paid down on a house to be built to Avatar Properties Inc which i found is now calling themselves AVHOMES, anyway, this poor lady paid Avatar to build her house back in 2005 and could not qulify for a loan. The courts documents reveal to the best of my memory. Troy, agreed without contingencies to co-sign the loan for her and quitclaim in a couple of months. The mortgage was with First Magnus Financial Corporation of Arizona aka Charter Funding.
Troy signed the mortgage documents, then the closing agent returned and claimed his wife Getty had to be on the docs. His crippled sister Simone who made all the down payments and closing costs fees insurance etc. was assured by Troy & Getty they did not want anything to do with her house and she was again assured by a contract manager at Avatar Julie Swanson and manager Joel Haugh, broker Crystal D. Jackson and Vincent Matese that her name would be on the title to her house at closing all according to the court documents, so anyway, Simone paid her mortgage and moved into her house then months later disovered the mortage was a scam because the loans were not rolled into one payment as the brokers promised.
Troy claimed he did not sign the second loan. Then she received the deed from Avatar and her name was omitted. She contacted Avatar's Vicki Chambers who promised to rectify, then Avatar went out of business. Troy then kept promising to sign the deed but would come up with excuses and get this he even asked hr to pay for his truck because his wife was not working and he could not afford the payments. she went into overdraft and paid the second loan that she did not agree to pay just becuse she did not want him to lose his wrok truck then he returned from Boston and called the broker and told the broker he wanted to foreclose on her house he then tried to sell her house from under her, HE TRIED TO SELL HIS CRIPPLED SISTER'S HOUSE PEOPLE this is after he was supposed to sign the deed and refused to sign the deed because she agreed he should pay back a loan for a car.
Who in the hell does that? even the Judge in the case gave the sister time for Troy to sign the deed and he refused and so although she was paying the mortgage the foreclosure was granted because her name was not on the title. If Troy does not respect his own family how is he expected to respect his clients. I saw a letter that him and the wife signed claiming all kinds of things. How ironic he builds houses but has refused to sign the deed which has now robbed his sister of her home! Who does that? Pratt alumni and all the acolades could not make me hire this black hearted cold as ice pretender. Just saying!
