Even tho the FBI is aware of this culprit, Pierre St. Troy, who has made millions of dollars scamming homeowners out of their real estate by refinancing it, taking the money, and then not making the payments - they (FBI) choose to pursue lenders who were not even involved in this scheme! They recently convicted one lender of fraud, tho they did not get the millions of dollars nor were they involved in the defrauding scheme by St. Troy. FBI claimed to not know where St. Troy was, couldn't find him, even after given his office, home address, phone numbers and cell phone numbers! So how is this scum getting away with using sraw buyers, taking the profits from the properties, defrauding people and nobody cares to pursue him??? This is insane! Officials - GO GET THE BAD GUY!

The Texas Attorney General nor the FBI has not done anything to slow Mr St Pierre down. ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WERE SCAMMED BY TROY IN THE DFW AREA ALONG WITH OTHER CITIES SHOULD UNITE AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST TROY AND HIS ASSOCIATES. PLEASE RESPOND IF INTERESTED. I CONTACTED A LAW FIRM THAT WOULD LOVE TO SINK THEIR TEETH INTO THESE CROOKS!!
Troy is now a "partner" at http://dexterenterprises.com/mma/. He changed his stripes and is feeding off more unsuspecting individuals.
