Bad tenant! In the process of evicting. Did not pay rent on time ever! Always...5 to 10 days late. Did not pay his last months rent and refused to communicate with the landlord almost the entire time of his lease. I had several complaints from the Neighborhood Association about him during the lease terms over his lawn care which was part of the lease agreement. He did not uphold his lease agreement and he is not paying his non renewal last months rent resulting in eviction. He was allowed to paint the house but did a very poor job of it is resulting in half painted walls and doors. The only thing good I can report is that in last inspection it was clean inside but there are damages and cost to repair inside the house along with missed payment and late charges. It was obvious that he knew he would not get his entire security deposit back thus he decided to skip his last rental payment. He had good credit prior to renting...apparently he does not have good moral standards to uphold his lease agreement.
