TruGreen Chemlawn CAUTION: Don't use ChemLawn! Poor Customer Service Internet

Caution to all homeowners:  Do not, absolutely Do Not use TruGreen Chemlawn.  They will sell you that their treatments for lawncare and weed control are the best, and convince you to pay upfront with your credit card for an additional 10% off.  Months go by, and your grass will continue to look like crap after several treatments by Chemlawn. 

When you call and complain, and try to cancel, they are very pushy on the phone to send out a manager to look at your yard.  What this is doing is buying them another month of not having to refund you.  I feel for it.  Waited several weeks for someone to come take a look at my yard, and after someone finally came...grass and weeds still looked horrible after treatment. 

Called again for cancellation of treatment.  They refuse to give a refund! 

I give them a poor rating for customer service.  A poorating for understanding of a refund due when chemicals on grass failed.  Do not use Chemlawn.  I'm not stuck with a credit card payment on treatment that failed.
