i had sign up for true credit back in july 14, 2012 and at the time that i was signing up true credit web site was acting weird and all it kept doing was asking for my email address over and over and a fee of $29.95 which i kept trying to cancel and go back in the screen which it woould not let me. so i eventually log off and then log in and at that time i was able to see me report transunuion that i had only sign up. on july 15, 2012 i notice that i was charge my $16.95 for my report plus a additonal $29.95 for something else, so i called them and they told me that this was a valid charge and they will not refund me back the $29.95 i told them i was not interested in those reports plus i have been a member of true credit since 2009 and had never order that and they said i did and i also received a confirmation email which i never did. i did not order that report for $29.95 they have to return my money back plus i told them i was going to report them to the better bussiness bureu.
