They told me I would receive a credit card in November, and that there would be a money back guanrantee if I did not receive on in 7-10 days after paying 299.00. As of today Jan 31,2004 I have not received this card. Getting through to one of their agents is next to impossible they keep putting me on hold and telling me the card should be ther in the next week or ten days. I was made to answer yes to a no money back after being told that I would get my refund if no credit card was issued.
